Twilight survey white paper

There are a number of members of the SMWLV collaboration who are very interested in making the science case for the twilight survey. I would like to put them in touch with any existing effort to write a 2018 white paper proposal.

So, is anyone already leading an effort? Maybe @CStubbs ? How can I proceed?

Hi,

Solar System is likely developing a twilight proposal as well. Depending on each collaborations needs maybe our collaborations can write a join proposal.
