How do I add a member to a close category?

I used to be able to add people to @tvs but I cannot figure out how to do it , or maybe I lost privileges to do it. Can you add instructions on that?

If you go to Rubin Observatory LSST Community forum (also reachable via “menu button”, Groups, TVS), as an owner you should see something like this (with the proper group information):

Click on the “Add Members” button.
