Accomplishments

• Significant progress has been made on removing Boost from the C++ code where equivalents exist in the C++11 standard library. (DM-5879, DM-4035)
• AFW table schemas now require Astropy-compatible unit strings. (DM-5642)

• pipe_drivers is now included in lsst_distrib. (DM-5634)
